Wide threads vs nrmal width threads

Why do some pages download super wide, and others all the text fits on my screen. Ill give example,

Normal width

super wide

This is driving me nuts.

I think it has to do with the size of pics posted within the thread. If you scroll down through the example you gave of a wide post, you'll notice that someone posted some very big pictures. I believe the width of those pictures affect every post.

Vice is correct and YEAH its a pita but if it involves pics it is usually worth it
