Cookies
This bugreport is probably for the software engineers who make UBBS. There's a problem with its cookies on the Safari browser: the cookie gets set, but it's not used on subsequent sessions. The result is that I have to log in anew every time I close and relaunch Safari.

It's a fair question.
The problem isn't with the Mac, because cookies work fine with this web site on Mac OS 9 and X with IE and Navigator. And cookies work fine with other web sites with Safari. It's just this web site with Safari.

Just busting chops Timber! Please note the and the . I know Safari is new so I would expect a few bugs to pop up now and again and this BB might not be very compatible with it. |

Alpha Bits.
No, that's a breakfast cereal. Besides, Safari is software in Beta test, and I just got the latest build (Beta 2 v73). The cookie problem has been solved. The only way I could be happier is if I were working on the project.
Safari has pretty much taken over all other browsers on the Mac, and has blown away any arguments that the Mac must suck because IE and Netscrape are slow on it. No, Safari rocks and NS and IE suck.
