Email notification

I used to receive emails when new replies or PM's came in but now it has stopped.

Anyone else have this problem. It stopped happening just after all the outages with the BB.

Yes and why would he be banned? For adding some humour and sarcasm to the board? Seems like a few people are getting annoyed with his posts yet people don't complain about the members who constantly post in the wrong forums, ask questions without even searching and can't spell.

When your posting, make sure 'email notification' is clicked with a little tick.

Aussie I did. For some reason it stopped working for my work email but now works for me home email account.

Your work email may have implemented a new filter which prevents anything it thinks might be spam from entering the network.

It could be a specific block of a domain to deny mail from. Check it out with your IT guy if you want to get fired.

I agree with Sloth, I do think it could be that since you've probably been getting alot of emails all coming from the goaliestore website, your IT guy may have realized that, and blocked emails from the site.

If it's the same IT guys there as was there a few years ago, I don't think they'll mind if you ask them.

Or, you know, ask Francis, I'm sure he's a great guy with all sorts of technical knowledge.

I didn't get an e-mail notification for a PM I recieved earlier today, and I know it worked before. I have that option selected.


EDIT: Nor did I recieve an email notification to a thread I had subscribed to.

I don't get e-mail notification either.............and I used to.

I just changed it to a different email account and it works again
