300 MHz blue and white. I didn't check how much RAM they have. They're in Sunnyvale: WeirdStuff - Resellers of surplus computer hardware and software. Buyers of excess inventories.
I don't have enough experience with migrating from PHP 4 to 5 to have specific tips, but if you need a contractor to slog through your code to find and fix the problems, I'll put you in touch. :-)

You can store the removed code in a cryogenic chamber ingeniously disguised as a shaving cream can.

This feature was put in place when Republicans started to register, to give them time to get the jokes.

As I said before, this is a *server-side* issue. Not the board and the changing over to this format did not affect it.

Cfern, that's 16 minutes. If we're very clever, we could measure the time down to the nearest five seconds or so.
PM: But it would all be moot if the Sysops set up ntp to synchronize the system clock to a known-good standard.

Hmm... That's some wierd stuff but it's not related to the time issue I don't think.
Anyone else having the problem Keeps is describing?

Yes. In multiple threads. I thought I was just really el33t though, so I chocked it up to that.
Oddly enough, the time displays correctly on the posts. So the threads will have posts at (in order, for example): "1:30p, 1:35p, 1:36p, 1:32p, 1:38p, 1:40p".
