We should be able to give rep to someone that helped us with something. It would distinguish the helpful from the non helpful.

You can do it on some computer forum I am apart of.

It's usually pretty obvious to the masses around here who's helpful and who isn't. It's also usually pretty obvious who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't .

Any system that rates people just becomes a big popularity contest, and isn't really necessary. I don't think Sean wants to clog up our servers with more stuff that doesn't have a significant impact on the board.

However, you can always put your user title as "Most helpful guy around" if it makes you feel better
