"Hasek Rant" forum proposal
I propose that we create a new forum under the Dressing Room section into which all Hasek rants and undue praise will go. Not all comments about him will be disallowed in other forums, just vapid, pointless bleating. I am quite tired of hearing about him one way or another. This way, the Hot Stove Forum will be opened up to more interesting and productive conversation, and people that either hate or adore Hasek can go in the new one and spew their venom to their little barely verbal hearts' content, all without bothering others or hijacking threads.

Yeah, pretty much. Maybe I should post this thing in the Hot Stove. I don't seem to be getting much of a response here.

Gosh, do you really want Brett to waste hours of time better spent spanking some board-brat just to set up a separate forum for that drunken muppet of a goalie? It's easier just to make a Separate Thread. So there.

nobody in their right mind would make a "hasek rant" forum.. I mean seriously why waste goalie bb space with a useless forum about one goalie?! Why dont we all ask brett to make a forum for each of us? Yeah! that sounds like a good idea. that way whenever I wanted to talk about me I could just do it in my own forum!
Sorry about that, I was in a little bit of a pissy mood. Its not a good idea to have a hasek rant forum because its "not economically viable." Besides that he is probably getting out of the pro hockey scene anyway.

I agree. This was more of a comment on how much people talk about him. I am just really tired of hearing rants and/or adulation about the guy one way or the other. If people hate him so much, the most simple solution would be to ignore him.

this is only about my 2nd time in this forum, looks like some exciting stuff goes down here I would probably visit a hasek forum even less. Perhaps an NHL forum where we could discus all goalies/teams/trades etc.

Hot Stove Forum
Do you have something to say about the state of goaltending today? Anything goalie related is welcome... as is the occasional discussion about the current state of global affairs.

all information/content regarding the NHL goes in the hot stove forum, we dont NEED a whole other forum dedicated to strict NHL talk. Like I said above its "not economically viable"
