(im 16.. but i was trying to broaden the horizon a lil )

-does anyone have anything bad to say about elkins (i've only heard good)
-how good are prep school camps ( i saw ssm's was 795 fora week )
-when the go by elite, reg, adv. programs.. and then go by age.. is it more age appropriate.. or skill wise?

I'm heading to the Maksymum elite goalie camp in July, in Rochestor, NY.

Here's Allaire's site (but aside from the Allaire bio, the rest of the site is all in French).

Here's a site that has links to lots of different camps

www.hockeycamps.org

oogs,

Are you looking for something specific in CA or are you willing to travel? If you're looking at prep school camps, Shattucks St. Mary's has a girls camp for older girls that I've heard positive things about.

However, it's in Winona, MN. The closest airport to fly into (that's reasonable) would by Minneapolis, and then it's just a short 1 1/2 hour drive to Winona.

Any camps in Russia??

Does anybody know of any goalie camps in Russia? I am thinking that while I am out here, it might make sense to go to a goalie camp (it would probably be cheap too). On the other hand, they might not accept old foggies like me.

I've been as an observer. And one of my goalies went there last year. I thought it was great. It's hard, hard work. And it's very technical. Allaire was there the entire time overseeing everything. The instructors were all either former NHL/AHL goalies or goalie coaches from Major Junior or Div 1 teams.
The camp is located just north of Montreal. But it doesn't have boarding facilities. If you're from out of town, you have to book yourself into a motel.
