Need help workout experts

I need a low impact agility work out that won't aggervate my knees too bad as I have arthritis in the insides of both knees. need to lose weight and riding a bike is just to boring and has hoping that I could work on both at the same time.

Thanks

Do you have access to a gym? If so, try the elliptical machine. I personally never use it but it seems a lot less stressful on the knees than running.

Another thing that no one mentions is swimming.

When I was rehabbing my knee way back in the day I was in the pool 3-5 days a week since it was a low impact leg workout.

Oddly enough I just tried one of the elliptical machines at the gym.

Felt strange the first few minutes - after that I could see how you could get a very good workout using it. Felt little or no stress on my knees - your quads take a lot of the workout.

I would recommend it - will most likely become part of my regular workout.
