Lightbulb Drills for beginners

my little brother decided at the end of last season that he wants to be a goalie (my parents are thrilled..).
being the wonderful brother that i am, i volunteered to help him out at practices. unfortunately, after a few practices i'm already out of ideas. i want to run him through some of the drills i was put through at his age, but by today's standards, most of them have been deemed "abusive".

any suggestions would be a huge help!

i did a search and got 500 results. after not finding anything useful after 3 pages i gave up and started a new thread.
i don't mean to sound like a jerk, but do i REALLY have to go through them all?

What age is your little brother?

You can always work on skating, skating and skating.

he turns 10 in two weeks.
i've done a bunch of positioning stuff and lateral movement drills with him, as well as the tried and tested butterfly drills (tretiak, slides, etc.) to keep it fun.

his league is at a big disadvantage for skating drills because they have only been using half-ice for their practices. this also makes my job a bit more difficult, as there are constantly kids skating in our "work area".
