Synthetic Ice + Overdrive = ???

I am going to buy a sheet of Synthetic ice to practice my bfly slide, t-push, and other random things I need work on. I also wanted to install the Overdrive blade on my skates, my question is, will this affect the Synthetic ice in any way? Is it safe to use the blade with the ice? I don't want to ruin it >_>.

Well ,looking at this logically if your skate blades don't damage the synthetic ice then the OD blades shouldn't eithe.

The only issue I see is deeper cuts into the ice, because on real ice, OD will give me a deeper groove than the skate blade. Not quite sure how this will work out.

Call/email John-- the maker of the ODB's. He'll know better than anyone else on here.
