Not exactly for training, but the only thing that I am taking these days is Glucosamine Sulfate 500mg x 3 times a day. It's supposed to be good for the joints. I think it works...

I'm thinking of adding Cretine back into my routine, but would I be doubling up with the NO ?

The CE2 is a creatine and MRI says to stack it with NO2, so yes, you can double with them. I take both.

Whey Protein
BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids)
These two should be staples, most important.
L-Glutamine
Creatine Monohydrate
NO(L-Arginine)
Beta-Alanine
NO has many functions but what it does is dilates your blood vessels (that is the "pump" you feel when lifting while taking products such as no-xplode) The dilation thus increases bloodflow allowing you to receive more nutrients and at a quicker rate.
You dont need to buy the expensive brands, VitaminShoppe has most of these supplements and then you can make your own drinks.
Taking creatine with protein diminishes creatine somewhat so most people take them seperate.
B-Alanine is a newer supplement that many people are taking as it has been shown to buffer lactic acid by increasing caronsine in the muscles. By delaying lactic acid it gives you the perception of increased strength and allows you to work out longer with more stamina and possibly focus.
Hope this helps somewhat!

Since it hasn't already been pointed out by everyone else on the BB....Wellsie's Mamma has been using my load as a suppliment for ages. She chooses to stack it with every other man and farm animal on the planet.

It's true NO and creatine are ment to be taken together. The Creatine is a cell volumizer and pushes water into the muscle cells and the NO is a vasodilator, so it opens up the blood vessles and allows for a larger amount of blood into the muscle.
They both work best in people with a lower body fat level.
Stack away!
