Instructional Videos
Does anyone have any good links to instructional videos?
I recall there was a Keeks one, but I can't find any links to it, would someone be kind to upload it for me?
If not, are there any other ones that I can find for free? I'm really tight on the money-end and really want to improve my game, thanks

Yeah wow, not helpful. I was asking for the Keeks video, and I've also been all over YouTube and trust me, they don't have too many great goaltending videos on there.

If you want the Keeks videos buy the DVDs. He is very protective about his intellectual property and will not allow them to be ripped onto youtube.

Really? I thought they were originally available for download on his official site and the only thing you had to pay for was the physical CD if you wanted it.
And justdaman11:
Thanks for those!

I have rented the 'Gold In The Net" series and cannot recommend them as a purchase, they are simply too outdated. You will pick up some good pointers, but overall the are not worth the money, IMO.
Last year I purchased the Hockey Canada dvd's for goaltending and I really liked them. They are beginning to show their age (eg. older style goalie pads) but the message is very sound. The series was written by Andy Moog and Ian Clarke, both well known NHL goalie coaches so the material is very credible.
If you are looking for a "system of goaltending" the 2 DVD's (Fundamentals and Advanced) are the best I have watched to date. They require a bit of cerebral analysis but if you understand and implement them you will see a definite gain in your game. They can be purchased at Hockey Canada
Keeks' DVD's are a good resource too, as noted earlier.
You will not go wrong with either purchase.
