dryland shooting practice

I remember seeing a video on the board at one point where a goalie was practicing shooting. He was shooting pucks off of what appeared to be a sheet of plastic. Anybody know of something I could use to be similar? I have an old computer chair mat that might work. But it's a bit resistant to sliding.

Any ideas? For sizing I just need something that's 2 ft by 2 ft

Get plexi glass from your local arena. just ask if theyve got any sheets kicking aorund that there not using anymore.

or go to a sports store they should carry some type of sliding plastic
