what is deadlift? and I cant do squats with weight, the bar absolutely wrecks my neck and shoulders even with the pad

Deadlift:
Barbell Deadlift
And seriously, squats should be the basis of your training. If it hurts that much, you're probably not setting the weight at the good place on your back. Maybe try using a towel, or if you go to a gym, try the little blue pastic thing that goes on the bar: Manta Ray Squat

I can see my back pain coming back already :S
I've tried the foam, doesn't help much. I guess i'll try a towel tomorrow. I just couldn't do more than 1 set because of the pain

I definatly agree with the gallon a day drinking. its the best thing you can do, and in my experiances NO- shotgun tastes horrible and i dont know why but i didnt get the same results as i did when i took the NO-explode. I think it is probably because my body is so used to the no-explode because ive been taking it for about two years on and off. What i also like taking is Fish oil pills, Elenargene, and Whey protein.

I use NO-explode 30-45 min before every workout. The results have been great, Ive put on 12 lbs and dropped 5% body fat. And after every workout I drink 75 grams of a protien shake and a lot of water before and after

#20,
So many things I'd like to say about this thread...
Others have noted your lack of lower body training, but even as an upper-body session, your routine is seriously flawed. You have zero pulling movements which will ensure structural imbalance, shoulder impingement, injuries, etc.
Seek some professional help. You have been given advice by some that I feel are thoroughly indoctrinated by muscle mags and supplement industry propaganda. I'd be happy to offer what help I can via PM.
On the subject of squats, if you aren't able to do them without a tonne of padding or a manta ray then you are doing something wrong. It will be uncomfortable at first, but the pain should not be blinding.

There has been a lot of study into the area of creatine and muscle cramping, and the supposed effect is never duplicated in controlled environments. If you experienced muscle cramping while using creatine, it most likely was caused by something else (like dehydration or lack of potassium). The fact you were using creatine was probably just a coincidence.

I am actually amazed at how many people use these supplements...
I have never used a supplement, all I do is eat properly (mind you I do eat lots of protein [usually chicken or fish]) and I am one of the bigger guys at the gym....
I wonder how much these supplements truly help... or if it's just these guys who don't know how to properly achieve what they want (and just clown around thinkin' there making progress)... keeping in mind depending on the results you want there are specifics that you want to use...

yes you need to drink noshotgun very very quickly.LOL but i feel that is has a few superior ingredients.
Ill keep the issue of squats very short and simple!
If the bar is hurting you are putting it in the wrong spot- do this:
lift your shoulders up as if you are doing a shrug, and you should feel the upper portion of your trapezius. that is where you should be placing the bar as it creates a natural pad.

Hey guys I know this is not exactly on topic but there is currently a drive on to clamp down of the Health Food and supplement industries. There are fears this is being driven by the big pharmaceutics companies.
Call To Action - Your Freedom And Health Is At Risk! Bill C-51
I can understand and see both sides of the equation on this issue but if the bill goes through there will be a major reduction in the products on store shelves while the new legislation goes through.
If this bill gets through in Canada it is only a matter of time before the US follows suit.
Food for thought.
