haha nice. I started it 2 days ago

Chest and Back I found hard, but it was neat. The longer I did it the stronger I felt. Ha. It was probably just cause I was getting more warmed up, but it was a really neat feeling and it definatly kept me going through the whole thing.

That night I played 2 hours of hockey, and I definatly wasnt at my best. I dont think it was because of P90X, but it definatly didnt help and I found my self losing my energy alot sooner.

Today was plyo. I for some reason my muscles were really sore from hockey, but I managed to hobble through.. Unfortunatly I was only able to compelete probably around 50-75% of the reps.

So far Im really loving the program.

The only part thats concerning me is the diet. Im only 15 and theres no way I can follow any of thier diet programs. I am eatting healthy, I just hope it can be enough.

Also, I was just wondering. Would i be ok for me to have 1 jumbo freezy everyday? Its really really hot here and theyre just soooooooooooooo good haha

Nope. 21 to be exact.

And then I will issue my final report on P90X and its effectiveness for use as a training regimen for goalies. Stay tuned for that as it should be pretty interesting.

Although, next week I am away from Monday-Thursday so I might not be able to do full workouts on schedule so I might actually be 28 days away. I will do something and not just sit around that is for sure.
