Your body needs to get used to supporting the weight of that melon of yours.

I just started week 7 during lunch today. Actually looking forward to week 8 for recovery.

Going over the phases and so on...maybe I should have done the Doubles.....maybe next time through.

I skipped Yoga and did the X stretch and Cardio dvd's. I just couldn't get into the Yoga. I think I may give it another shot when I roll around to Yoga again.

Plyo dvd is killer, I also did the back and legs and played 2 games of roller in the same day....needless to say, my legs are completely done today. Chest and shoulders should do the trick for my upper body.

I won't be able to move tomorrow!

I still wouldn't have it any other way!

Plyometrics wasn't hard, but it was tiring. Chest & Back/Ab Ripper was frustrating. I couldn't do anywhere near as much as I thought I could. Nice eye opener, I guess.

Has anyone seen or tried the 10 minute workout videos that Tony has out there? I saw the commercial the other day and was thinking of getting it for my g/f.

The plyos killed me. Chest and back/ab ripper is my strength. It's still early, but I already realized my weaknesses.

LMAO...you guys kill me Yeah, I can see how that would look like a bad move on my part but we were watching TV the other day and saw the commercial for these videos and she said she wanted them all on her own

We have both been dieting, but I weight train w/ HIIT cardio and she isn't into weights so this might be perfect. I figured since it's a video done by Tony Horton that it must be pretty legit.

should the xstretch really help your flexibility? I've been thinking about adding it after each workout so I can do the MAF splits and get all the ladies

Would it help, yes. But flexibility without strength and stability is pretty useless. Using the X-Stretch with the Yoga and Core Syn videos is a good start.
