What are you using to stand on? some sort of synthetic ice?

I would just be interested in getting one of these,

You look great, you pads are very slick. You are a very good goalie.

Many Thanks,
Danish

Iīll have to find out exactly what it is. Something with carbon fiber in it and hard plastic is my guess. Youīre not alone with that question :P But yea Iīll try to find the answer for you.

And thanks alot!

Its something like Synthetic ice most likely. I tried something out last year from a German company that made stuff that is almost like Synthetic but didn't have those stupid shaving's after, great stuff to try.

Apparently dad heard from someone that it was good and then had it shipped from Denmark. Heīs not sure of the material, but I guess some of you can imagine, or even know what it is. This particular board peels alot and you canīt really slide on it, unless itīs raining quite alot. Weīve had it for.. I donīt know how many years. Maybe six years, something like that. So yea, itīs really great

Good luck finding a synthetic ice will allow for sliding... I've done so much research trying to find the stuff.

I thought I looked weird rollerblading around with my leg pads on

That's cool man, I wish I had something like that to work with as well.

holy flexibility!

how are you able to pull your legs back and go straight from your back into a butterfly?

are there any specific stretches or exercises you do to loosen your hips up so that you are able to do that?

I can, not very well though. You can have the bassis of sliding to an extend you know. I have to do recoveries and so forth on it and though it is a bit difficult, you can do it. You slide about half as far as on real ice.
