Help Building Goalie Coaching Manual

I am looking for some help from any knowledgeable board members that would be interested in collaborating their ideas with me on a goalie coaching manual.

Last year I was a goalie coach for a Bantam team in my local youth association and the girls varisty high school team, they had a few different goalie coaches working with different teams, but I thought there were a few problems.

The first problem was that not every team had a goalie coach, second some of these goalie coaches just stopped showing up to practices and third these goalies were being taught one thing this past season and different things other seasons whether it was by a regular coach or a goalie coach.

I am looking to create a goalie coaching program for the association that they can use for years to come. Ideally the program would have as many experienced and dedicated goalie coaches as I can recruit, a goalie coach would then work with every team one practice a week and give that teams coaches things to work with their goalies on until the next practice the goalie coach is at. I would like to create a manual that can be used by the goalie coaches and teams coaches that provides drills, goaltending skills and off-ice training for every skill level from squirt to high school. I would also like to add in a section to give non-goalies more information about things the head coaches may not know, equipment wise, mental wise, etc. This would provide a standardized goalie coaching method for the association and let young goalies grow their skills throughout their career.

Any board members who feel they have the credentials and are willing to help give information and ideas towards this manual please PM me and we can go from there (you will be credited in the manual). When the manual is complete I will post it on the board so any other members can use this as a resource for coaching as well as playing.

Thanks for your help!
