Also worth noting, you should not be dropping going over the toes, but rather over the ankles.

Thats a good graphic and I think it illustrates it well. I also noticed at my game today that I had less goals driving - I noticed another problem is that my stick was too close to me and I was falling on it sometimes. I didn't keep it a good foot or whatever away and when I made the adjustment in the 3rd period nothing was scored 5 hole.

For a big guy I am very flexible, probably what most players don't expect so I use it to my advantage. (Not far from split) I go to a lot of open hockey so practice will make perfect. I also play with my coaches son who is a goaltender and teaches me.
