Good Cardio exercises?

What are some good cardio workouts to do on my days between lifting?
Mondays I do legwork Wednesdays I do Upper body and core and Fridays I do Legs again.

Cardio focusing on core strength would be nice
thanks

300's

YouTube - 300 Workout

for the above? Sub a body part excercise
for example instead of pushups you could do some dumbbell presses
Instead of chinups lat pulldowns
Tailor it to what your gym has

If you can do 200 reps in whatever combo you like without stopping?
You'll feel it... cardio wise
If you get stuck on rep 20 of 25 stop for 5 seconds then keep going
You have to do every last rep

To build cardio try to keep it at 130bpm
and I rotate bike, rowing machine and skipping 5-10 minutes of each.

Ask yourself first what you want out of it.

If you want cardio and out of this world fitness.......do crossfit training.

You will thank me with a hallmark card when you do.

Think of cardio a little differently than you did before
If you end up keeping at a target heart rate for x amount of time the end result is the same.
It doesn't have to be the same droning excercise... On and on and on to be considered cardio

Especially how it relates to goaltending
Tending = Power\Explosive moves and quick cardio recovery

If you never get good at anything i.e. your body adapting to for example, long distance running
How many people do you know that only jog for excercise and crazy long distances too
BUT they never get slimmer or lose weight.
This is because their body adapts and adjusts.

Jogging is great but mix it up because too much of anything and nothing else is terrible for overall fitness. Never let your body get too good at any fitness excercise\routine.

Mix in bosu ball dumbbbell squats or stand on the bosu after squatting and have someone try to knock you off from 5-10 feet away with a medicine ball you have to catch and return. Of course he could be on a bosu ball as well. Not really cardio but it helps your balance tremendously.

Soccer is the Best cardio in the world. I can run a 6K in just under 25 minutes, but it sucks. Instead, I play soccer for 3 hours a day a couple times a week and get more like 10-12KM in and have fun doing it.

And, it works on your balance/footwork which correlates with ice.
