Well yesterday i was the gym working out and i pretty much worked on my legs. There was this one macine you put your thighs like in these things that are far apart then you put them together. Anyways today my groins are killing me. Did i pull something or is it just normal after working out??

Completely normal. Youre just sore from working out. If you tore or strained something, you wouldve felt it instantly. Give it a few days and it will go away. Good news is, if you are sore after lifting, that means you did something right.
Warning...Its always worse on the second day

Ya i asked my mom and she told me it was muscle memory. During the owkrout i was lifting like 140 and my legs were shaking like hell. It was kinda funny but ya sore thats all i can say. Now my checklist for summer is

Get Learners
Do splits
Get new pads, skates, and glove blocker
Get a job

When you lift weights, you are actually tearing the muscle. That is why you feel sore. When the muscle repairs and builds scar tissue over the tearing, that is why your muscles grow. And remember, you dont grow in the gym...You grow at home when you are resting. The gym is for tearing.

Good luck with all your summer endeavors!

Once you get your learners and want to take the driving test, go to Riverbend Registry. The guy there is, we'll say, lenient. I developped a few bad habit before my road test, and could point out at least three automatic failures during my exam (both hands off the wheel, 95 on the Whitemud, stuff like that.) Passed with flying colours.
Doesn't the burn feel good though? It's such a satisfying feeling.

^^^ Off topic? It's not muscle memory, it's your brain getting used to feeling a certain thing from repetition. As a biathlon coach I drill muscle memory into my athletes so that they don't have to think about whether their position is right, it'll feel right or feel wrong from "muscle" memory.
