Nope. It´s not like ice. It doesn´t damage the skates but it´s not slidy or skateable. It sure is very good though. Better than standing on just grass ^^

thanks for the source. but dam, these are pretty expensive..
i wish i could get one but oh well, my mom said she will buy me one of these if i can find one at a reasonable price.
