one of the biggest things i saw just from the practice video is that your keeping your hands at your side especially in your butterfly instead of in front of your body where they cover more space and make tracking the puck in and controling rebounds off the body easier. Also, id strongly suggest finding some goalie specific skating drills on this site or wherever and working on those. Another big thing is you seem to be dropping into the butterfly instead of pushing into it, i believe this was already mentioned. One thing I liked was your positioning was very solid and you were patient and didnt lunge or drop excessively early. I also liked that you pushed into pucks well instead of reaching for pucks.

?

Oh, and the hockey is so slow because it was during a 'adult learn to play' drop in program. I only really want people to critique my skating, I'll get one more video up of fast hockey hopefully by the end of this week.

What do you mean by push into it?

You mean like driving my knees to the ground?

yea pretty much, you need to really drive in with your legs while keeping your upper body isolated, you dont want to just drop. The other thing is to think of driving your knees down not in dropping your legs out, its a straight down knee drive, you dont drop into width if that makes sense.
