Glad it feels good for you, I know what it meant to me to get back on skates and in net at the end of the 6 month recovery. Hamster being in net actually puts less strain on the knee than skating out especially in the new box pads compared to old school, less twisting the knee, and even thouhg you aren't a professional goalie 6 months till normal range of activities including running and sports is normal. You can even look it up under sports medicine. The biggest thing is your determination to recover fully from these kind of injuries and work it to the fullest that you are allowed, when you are told too.
