BB Member mini clinic at Rochester 6/15

Here's an update on the sign-up. We have now 7 confirmed, which leaves 3 spots open for the event.

Maksymum Hockey has payments from:

Desi was asking about this earlier as he will arrive already on Friday and needed something to do. I checked with Yona (one of my goalie coaches) and he is free to do 1-on-1 lessons with anyone who arrives early. Just call maksymum hockey and book time at goalie room and ask for Yona to do the lesson.

If anyone wants to try velo pads or gloves during the clinic let me know in advance and i will bring the gear in for you. I have 31" intermediate pads and 32,5", 34" and 35" adult pads.

I also have extra ProMasks for people to try.

Suplicki just signed up so it's 1 more spot open for the full clinic.

Once we have 10 people signed I don't have room for more for a full clinic, but we can take anyone who want's to do the 1 hr ice and then work out at gym + join us at the restaurant after the day is done.

Basically after 10 spots any additional ones can do everything else excpet the goalie room 1 hr private lesson as that is my limiting factor.

I am trying to get some additional interesting gear for the clinic so that we can let people try them out. If any of the participants have any new models they can let others try out that would be great. (Paul, bring some of that new Koho gear! )

Hi Jukka....

Thx a bunch for setting all of this up! I know we all really appreciate it and both Finer and I are looking forward to it! Also looking forward to meeting yourself and everyone there and getting some instruction from your unique perspective. It is going to be a fun!

I will speak with Sonya and see if she can lend me another set of 580 pads/gloves for everyone to try out.

i don't know if this has been covered (if so, i apologize), but for those of us who were interested but cannot make the 6/15 date, is there any plan down the road for another one of these? or is that gonna be depended on how this one turns out?

I think that another session could be possible as Maksymum Hockey can always do hosting and they have great coaches like Yona Fioravanti to run things.

I will not be able to do more of these as I am moving to Finland in July and getting back to coaching there.

That's why I wanted to get this one done in June.

seems like ESL is a good place for quite a few people so maybe we could pull off a keeks clinic later in the summer there.

I went to Maksys office last night after the workout at ESL and checked the sign-up's for the clinic. WE have exactly 10 so we are fully booked now.

I will post a detailed agendabefore the clinic and we will take some pictures for posting so that other bb members canb see them.

Looks like this clinic will be a blast for all of us participants.

I will be getting some extra coaching help, so we will have another 2 goalie coaches joining me for the full day (1 confirmed and 1 trying to get the day off from work to join us).

We will also have new models and brand new gear from 3-4 different companies for all goalies to try at the goalie room when you do your 1-on-1 session.

I am planning to bring a few extra goalies on the ice and gym with us (these are ones that go through my current programs here in Rochester), but goalie room is only for the 10 signed BB members. This way we will also have a little larger goalie get together for the day.

I will put the final program together soon and if any of the participants have any wishes, things they would like to work on etc, send me a note so that I can facilitate your needs.
