I'm not sure if this has been discussed at the boards before. I searched but I didn't find anything in case it was.
EDIT: Sorry for the post I just found an old post on this...but maybe we can bring it back up here.
Anyways...I was taking a look at the Overdrives for Ice Hockey goalies and wondering when I get my new Battram Cyclone pads if it would be worth it to create a modification much like the ICe hockey overdrives for Roller hockey.
I would think a possible extra traction or strip of rubber on the edge of the skate boot to get some push off.

I'm not questioning whether or not it can be done...but if it would be helpful to a goalie for roller hockey play.
What do you all think?
