i actually used industrial spray adhesive and attached them directly to the pads. pretty much no chance of them falling off but theres also not much to remove them either!!
I bought a pair of Mitchell covers for mine. I slide rather well compared to what I did before. I really notice it when I am extending out for a save because my pad used to stick now I have to be careful I don't go to far and pop something. :-)
