2005 Narch qualifiers

Hey all. Is anyone competing in their regional Narch qualifiers any time soon?

We had the European qualifiers this past weekend and the standard was awesome.

We were disapointed not to be so successful this year, after winning the qualifiers last year, but it was still good to play against teams from other European countries.

who do you play for, and who did you play against.

I played for Southampton Jaguars (senior level).

We played against:

-Sheffield Stampede (won 5-0)
-Some French team (lost 6-2)
-Nottingham Rollersnakes (lost 6-1)



Were you there, cuprajake?

no dint play ther but did play at deeside against the jags but you weren't in goal, dave coleman was.

Yeah I'm playing.
I'm with the Colorado Eagles or Colorado Jr Eagles and Colorado Kodiaks AAA 16U.
The Eagles are AAA 14U.

Oh that was that so-called 'Wigan' tournament, that wasn't actually in Wigan, right?

We had league matches that day, so we sent some of our 3rd & 4th liners up the tournament, along with some goalie that had never practiced with the team, or even met most of the team before. He was awful apparently.

I will be at narch nats and regionals.....

I am Phillip Diorio....AKA buffay..... i was the goalie for the 14u platinum MISSION EVERBLADES (won torhs aaa last year, placed 7th in narch platinum with 5 skaters)..... we than changed our name to D YOUNG GUNS- in loving memory of Deebs YOung..... but i just recently quit the team and joined the roller rebels from pittsburg..... i iwll be at narch again but this time gold...i havent playe din gold for a long time.... i have been platinum for the longest time and itll eb a sure difference not facing the best anymore.... its all about fun tho

What age group would that of been in Narch? 18s?

i'll be at the one in cincy (i think it's a qualifier. it's a narch something). i'm an emergency replacement guy because the team's normal goalie isn't going to be there.

I did fancy playing Narch at some point but the more i hear about it from guys who have gone over the less attractive it sounds. No doubt the standard is high but some guys last year paid over $2000 and got 4 games all at stupid times like 11 at night. Just doesnt seem worth the money.

Im paying less to play for GB this year out in New Orleans so is woody another member here and were playing 18 games in 12 days or something like that and we get to represent our country for less money id take that.

I heard that French team was freakin awesome, haveing played the French Natioanl squad im no surprised to be honest.
