Is there any way to close your 5 hole with mission pads?
i need help on knowing how to close your 5 hole hwn butterflying like the way the velocities do on my mission pads tho. lately, i just cant seem to close my 5 hole all the way when i butterfly. do you have to loosen the straps or something or doing a "pro butterfly" is just natrual for some pads? thanks for the help.

Like all pads, the 5 hole will be closed more and more if you break them in. Assuming you are getting a pro-fly (where the pad face is perpendicular to the floor and the pad side is completely flush to the floor), getting the 5 hole closed is a matter of break in and strapping. I would recommend tying the tops down to form an S-curve as that allows the pad to naturally cover the hole without needing the strapping to be so tight.

I don't have any trouble with my Missions closing the 5 hole in the B-fly. I keep all of the straps pretty tight up to the top of my calf. The knee and top (clip) strap are very loose.

Again, it's a matter of break in. The more you do it, the more pliable the pads become, and the looser the straps can be to attain the same amount of rotation.
