Showin' off my custom pad covers
Got a local guy around town to do up some pad covers for me.. made of 1000 Denier Cordura, i tried the eagle covers up and they were awful! didnt fit my pads AT ALL!!
The guy did an awesome job, complete with toe tie cover and all, fits like a glove on the pad and did the graphics exactly how i wanted them.
What do u guys think of the old skool brown look?

And how to they function? Have you tried them yet?
My wife, lucky her, is visiting her sister across the water from you in Victoria. Which means, BTW, that we've got a free room for the Olympics!

I've only used them for 2 games so far, and i dont have any complaints as of yet. It seems to slide alot better than the eagles, i think they use a lower grade cordura.
The guy is getting me slide plates aswell so stay tuned for that!

im pretty happy with how they turned out, i've been so sick of making my own ratty ones and trying those eagles and what not
lol dont ask! i'll take the blame for our losing streak i havnt been playing nearly as good as im "supposed" to

Those aren't the prettiest things I've ever seen, but I guess if you like them then that's cool...

I've seen that pad covers that Garnet made for himself, as well as some pics he made for a pair of Bauer Supremes...These are nice as well...
He puts a lot of time into them & appear to be well put together.

hey
awesome pads. i was thinking about getting someone in vancouver to make me some pad covers as well before this season started. ended up cutting up my eagles and stretching them till they fitted. yours look 100x better. how long did you have to wait for them to be made?
just curious, what league do you play for? i play for PICH.
