Ice Court = cheese grater.

Ice court is not your friend if you have expensive gear.

I heard that Exxcess (Ice Court) was awesome. I like Sport Court, but haven't played on Ice Court yet.

I've been playing on Ice Court for 3 years with very minimal wear on the inside toe of my pads.

That being said, I do much prefer Sports Court

Our local rink put down a used Ice Court floor a few years ago and it has been bad news on gear ever since. I don't know what is, maybe an older version of Ice Court but it is hell on goalie equipment. Break out the duct tape!

The stuff at my local rink must be an older version of Ice Court. It does not look like the pic in the link above. The stuff we have has a lot of holes (voids) in sort of a snowflake pattern creating lots of sharp edges (cheese grater).

Sport court is deffinetly my favorite, in New Orleans we played on an ice court that was very smooth not like the crap back home , it didnt do any damage and sliding was pretty easy

I like Sport Court. My favorite surface ever is the old school blue Roll-On used at roller rinks. I found the wheel grip to be perfect yet my pads slid fairly well on it.

The rink i play at now has painted concrete. it is pretty smooth but a little harsh on pads, blocker and catch glove strings.

So... anyway, I vote for blue Roll-On.

Everyone I know who has played on Ice Court (all skaters), said it was really great for puck movement but hated the fact that it chewed up wheels in no time at all. If they're complaining, it gets the thumbs down from me.

Ice Court is tough on wheels.
Thats the only problem I've ever experienced with it.
