I changed my order from the Redlines to the Carbons. It is only $100 more so I did the upgrade. Can't wait!

Still searching for the perfect skates Buffay?
To be honest, I love my Bauer Vapor XG lites. I noticed the numbness problem when I tie them too tight, but when loose on the foot and tight on the ankle it goes away.
But you sold yours. Nevermind....
I don't know why I'm still talking.
When are you going to give BCC a real goalie?

I was going to play with them this semester, but Theif and Kasey left, so I did not want waste my time. They won't be as good next year, so i won't play for them then, but there will be a FAU team next year. BCC is losing Blake and Britt at least next year.
The bauer skates sucked: Constant lace bite and they were like having bricks tied to your feet.....

Yeah, but BCC is one of the most feared teams in the nation.
With an automatic bid to nationals, all you'd have to do is keep 13 of the 14 shot's you'd face out the net.
You could transfer from school to school semester by semester, as long as your enrolled.
BCC this year, FAU next- and if you get into UF or FSU, you can play for them in the second half of next year.

I hope you're kidding. This is stupid advice. Don't determine where you go to school based on the roller hockey program. It's roller hockey.

Exactly. Way too many people fail to realize inline hockey will get you no where and decide to go to ****ty schools based on the program. Don't do it; the rest of your life isn't worth it.

You misunderstood what he was trying to say. He was talking about pretty much taking a bull**** class or two to be enrolled to play. Its called being a transit student. I am in a very exclusive Architecture program at my school, and do not plan on leaving.
*It's not like going to Lindenwood: going to an unaccredited college to play hockey.....

Lindenwood is a good college if you are there for arts stuff or basic stuff.

BUFF
I thought you were already at BCC, and were planning on going to FAU?
Nevermind---lol.
But you can technically go where ever you want and "Sign with" another team at any point between Winter/Spring semesters. I think someone did that with Lindenwood and BCC

BCC scored 7-9 a game easily, as a d3 school against d1 talent.
he could let in half of the shots, and still win the game. which isn't even what their goalies doing now. they dressed a D as a goalie and the D almost got a shutout.

I built a set of roller goalie skates and have 80mm (I think) wheels on them right now. They work alright, are comfy and don't hurt like hell when I get hit in the skate with the puck.

I just purchased the Tour Redline 5000 series skates and omg fallen in love! these skates have extra ankle support and have a goalie specific setup! i played in my first game sunday, and wow big difference! my butterflys were smoother and i felt like i was more like on ice than before. plus there so much lighter. yea all that and my ankles didn't give out or feel twisted! i also tried loosening up the heel strap on my xpulses, and that seemed to let my ankle naturally roll more, when i go down. i suppose it was all about my ankle giving out because it was being twisted in place (from a tight strap and no ankle support).

Ummm... no. LU is not a good academic school. I don't know what you're responding to, but LU is not a school with excellent academic standing.
