Nash Sports Carry just about everything you need, Jenpro, 420 nylon, glove lace, elastic, Velcro, nylon strapping, buckles, helmet hardware, etc.
McMaster Carry plastics, non-plastazote foams, and some other helpful items.
Strapworks Outstanding place to get plastic side release buckles and plastic hardware, as well as nylon strapping, Velcro and elastic. Carry "Y" side release buckles.
Busch Associates Carry nylon fabrics (420, 600, 1000, and 1050). Minimum orders unfortunately.
American Home and Habitat Carry nylon fabrics (420, 600, 1000, 1050). More expensive than Busch, but no minimums required.
Ennis Supplier of raw materials for the hockey industry.

If you have a request for a template, PM or Email DigitalCrease.

Please provide a picture, of adequate size and clarity. Pads only have to have one front facing pad, he can mirror. He can provide templates of almost any peice of equipment.

Depending on my time available, the complexity of the design and such, the templates can be made in an hour to a few hours, or a few days. Just be patient.

OK, I've gone through the thread and deleted some of the dead links and gear makers who are no longer active (no website). If there is an "Official" thread and no website, they're probably not making gear anymore!!
