I should be writing one up sometime this weekend as I've only been able to use them once so far during a goalie lesson. got two more practices before friday then I'll write my initial review.

I'll take some pics of the calf after I eat.

Noticed you had a Gatekeeper glove. Just wondering if there any reasons to why you didn't get the the X-Factor glove?

I was in no way, shape, or form trying to be ****y. I was just trying to state that I kept my team in the game -- the only game we came close to winning. I would be willing to bet that if you talk to anyone on my team, they would say that I was the reason that the game was the way it was. I faced upwards of 40 shots, and thier goalie faced about 10. I might have come across ****y because it was my first game at the AA level and I did well -- I thought, especially for having no help from my team during the whole game.

Sman : When was the last time that the goalie alone won/lost a game for a team? I agree hockey is a team sport, you win as a team and you lose as a team. I think your comment is rude and unnessisary(sp). I think you should find better things to do, than to rip a 15 year old kid, who is happy about a game he played in apart on an internet site.

I'm sorry for coming across ****y. It was not intended.

Derek

The thumb was VERY uncomfortable. It felt like my thuimb was going to break. the Itech 11.8 felt just like the velocity2 I tried on, only difference being I could get my hand into the itech and not the velo. I tried on every glove in the store and the GK was the only one that fit my hand completely without any discomfort. Another cool thing about the GK was the break was very close to my old 4.8 and once I get it broken in it will feel exactly the same as my old glove.

Here are the pics

You can see more of the other gear at http://www.tard-xing.com/images/gear/

Philiflyers, thats cool, thats just the way it came across to me. We've all had games where we played well and kept our team in it, but I for one just don't post stuff like that on here. I try to keep to the point, and not rave about how well i did didn't play. Sprry for my misinturpretation
