Thanks. I'm really debating between it and the 7500, but a lot of people seem to love the V3, and say the mobility is actually better.

my new pads...

and the family

this would be cool ( messing with the photobucket editor:

if you want to know.. my catcher was white/red/black and i tried a little experiment with electrical tape to turn it red. same with some of the decals on my blocker. im seeing how long it will last, its survived one ice time so far. i also blanked out the repetitive logo and my blocker

I love my epic, cept you sometimes get some stingers in the bicep area but no c/a is gonna eliminate 100% of stingers. It's a great unit I think. I haven't seen the V3 in person but from the look of it, it is a sickkk unit. I bought this before the v3 came out but I'd def be looking at it if I had waited.

You should try them out first.

Why thank you. TPS was fantastic about the whole thing and before I got them I had no idea they would do such a thing. Rob Laurie on here helped with the whole process and he's a great guy to talk to. I went through goaliemonkey too I believe and once again it was great service.

Even when the first set came in and wasn't exactly right (no weave) they were nothing but fantastic about fixing it.

I wonder who has the other set, I don't think there are many. Another goalie on here got a set in blue/sliver. So thats atleast 3 sets out there.

Just got this beauty back from Tony Priolo from Sportmask in Ontario. For those of you who don't know him he makes the Mage and does masks for some current NHL Goalies. He is a really great guy. Tony talks to you like your every bit as important as an NHL goalie. Total Gentleman. This mask is beautiful inside and out and it is custom to my face and fits great. It is finished flawlessly. All holes are dressed and it is finished with clearcoat inside and out. About 3/16 thick. Very solid. It is the Lefebvre but with the ridges. Kind of like a cross between a late Vachon and early Sevigny.

His website: >> Sportmask custom goalie mask manufacturer

I'll let the photos do the talking now.
