Same with me Barren. I've had no issues at all.

I'll try the toe bridges out when I get my pads.
I'm in serious withdraw after trying the demo pads out and now waiting for my set.
My issue is that I play both Ice and Inline, Inline was a total disaster getting ties to work with my current pads. I think I can make it work on inline.
thx

Damn it's hard to decide what colors to get. What do you guys think? Mostly white with blue or blue with white? Navy or royal blue? Weave or jenpro?
Oh well, maybe I figure it out by myself

I got mostly white (regular) with blue (weave)...
Looks better in-person. I forgot to get it without logos, taking them off soon, will look much cleaner IMO.

Anyone have pictures of a straight 36", 37", or 38"?
Pete says I fit his pad's 38", and I was wondering how it looked compared to a +1, +2, etc.

Production Time
Does anyone know how long it takes Pete to make a pair of gloves once he gets started on them? I was quoted 4-5 weeks...and it has almost been 4 weeks. I emailed him last night and this morning he told me he will be starting them soon.
Once he gets started on them how long until they are done? Anyone?
Thanks.

Sorry that I was so slow to answer your PM... I've been crazy busy as of late.
My pads are somewhere in that range... I actually just let Pete measure me when I was in NY for a camp a few years back. I think mine are 36+2... but it could be 37+1.. I really don't know. I'm 6'1"... I would just measure as Pete asks and then go with his suggestion for sizing... it was perfect for me.

This is what I ended up ordering 32+2 with 7" boot. Gloves are made bit smaller from the inside. No big mods

Pads/Gloves in the air
My SP5000 pads and 2000 gloves are enroute, they left Kennedy airport yesterday morning. I went with the 2000 graphics on my SP5000s because I wanted the larger gloves. Although I love the new 5000 graphics, Pete insisted that the new graphics only come on NHL size gloves. SInce I am near 40 and no longer being scouted , I figured why make my life in goal harder than it needs to be . I have tried the NHL size gloves and for me they are just too small. I took a shot off my blocker index finger, something that never happened once with my old spec gloves...anyway, I stray..The face of my pads are White Clarino with Black and Red weave "fangs" (the 2000 graphics look like fangs to me)..I chose white Clarino as it cleans easier than the white weave. I will definitely post pictures when they arrive!

I was on Pete's website looking at the 5000s, and I saw the 5000 Glove. I thought it was one of the nicest gloves that I have seen. I looked at the 1000, 2000, and 4000, and they all look the same to me. Does anyone know if there is a difference between these gloves?
Thanks
