Judging by the boot and the thickness when it turns, the pads are significantly thinned-out, too.

Wow, nice example of a great simple graphic and of course the pads look great.

It will be great to see what other innovations Mr Smith has come up with on these pads (just seems like each model has has some new feature).

Very interesting how they fit around the pants when in the butterfly.

My 4000's are almost a year old.....does that mean it's time for new pads?

My 2000's are going on the block. I talked to Pete about ordering. I just need the customizer to be updated before I put my order in...

I think I can say the customizer is finished and should be up on the site as soon as Pete's webguy post it.

Also, for those who don't want to wait, I got a pair of Smith gloves on ebay:

I agree they look freekin perfect.. they look light. i like the post wrap idea.
and the landing gear (rear butterfly view) looks just perfect.
they look thined out as mentioned with out looking thinned out..
(meaning they dont look dumb or too radical)

basically Pete hit this pad spot on!

Congrats Pete! on another fine product. damn cant wait the read the detailed spec sheet on these.. and of course i am sure the price will be spot on as well..
