I don't have any interference or sealing issues at all.. and these pads slide better than anything I've ever used.

I agree pete doesnt pay pro players to wear his gear but you couldnt ask for a better spokesman then Barren.. I think pete should send him a set of 5000s for him to show off..

And that isn't silver.. it's light blue!! Can't find it on the customizer? It's not on there... You can't buy this *ish*, it's custom!

My 4000's are doing great though, not sure if there is any way I could actually legitimize buying a set of white and baby blue pads for no real reason other than they would be sexy and bring in all the babes! Although thats a pretty good reason... I'd then have to buy some custom miller pants in white with baby blue stripes or something... yet another expense I can't afford.

Now if Pete wanted to hook a brotha up... I wouldn't be opposed! But in all honesty, I only really frequent 3 goalie boards on a regular basis.. granted this is probably the biggest goalie board on the net and I'm the official smith pimp.

I'd be in on that. Of course I live 5 minutes from Smith College (an all-women's college), so if I wore them around town people would assume I was associated with their hockey team, but that's cool.

It would be hard since the graphic isn't finalized yet by Pete Smith himself. It's coming and I'll let you know as soon a the template's ready. Same for the 5000 catcher.
