FYI, Smith pads do not now and have never cost $1200 new. The current price, since June 2004, is $875. I believe they were $800 or 825 before that.
Let's see if he changes his listing.

So the $1200 was for pads AND GLOVE AND BLOCKER. His listing makes it seem like the pads alone were that much, and he has NOT revised his eBay listing.

Pete is still tweaking the graphics on the gloves, as of a few days ago anyway.

Hey Chakal, your customizer is the only thing that is rock solid on Pete's site, nice work.

Pete is aware of the shortcomings of his web site... I'm not sure if Chakal is involved, but Pete has someone in line to fix 'er up.

To be honnest, Pete asked me long ago if I would build his website and I've declined the offer. Not that I didn't want to do it, but building website from scratch is not something I'm good at. It wouldn't have been fair to him to say "yes" and then do something I don't feel 100% comfortable to do. I can take care of the up-dates after it's build, but starting it, it's another story.

Thanks a ton Chakal. Now I can get my finalized color choice to Pete to replace the bastardized MS Paint edited ones I sent him before.

Edited to add:

There is a slight glitch in the catcher customizer. When I chooses black for the logos, the one on the back of the glove is black, but the one on the inside of the glove turns green.

Better order them now before you get married. Once you get married say buh-buy to new gear.

Jholland - that is a SWEET color setup! If I wasn't hooked on white and baby blue, I'd do orange, for sure!!
