Nah not mine, just figured I'd post them since I had them and was given the ok to so. They're sweet looking gear and I figured people would want to see them. Just helping out!

Ah I never saw any of them posted already. I went back several pages and didn't see any of them so I posted them. The ones I saw of the gloves I didn't post.

Many thanks to Chakal and GOL-E… To be honest, I believe that you are both right. Or a little from column A and a little from column B…
Although I believe that I am using correct technique for my butterfly, I don’t think I am always completely aware of what I am doing on the ice. Similar to a golf swing, most people need outside observation to identify weaknesses and tendencies. I will do my best to concentrate on always executing proper technique in practice and hopefully identify the problem then. That and I think a goalie clinic that takes adult goaltenders will be in my future once summer hits as well. Since I am in Minnesota, I will most likely go to Roloson Mason Goalie School if they’ll take an adult amateur goalie like myself. Big thanks for taking the time with the links to you tube though!
For the strapping system, this was something I suspected. However, when I tried it, I think I had my straps to tight, as it felt really foreign to me. My plan is to try it again next practice and see how I react. Incidentally, I did read that the mid-foot cowling is the recommended strapping set up for the 5000. So, I probably should have guessed but I wanted to get some advice before I started making too many changes…
Once again, thanks for the direction. However, I was hoping one of you would just tell me to buy the 5000 and my problems would be over. (Looking for a something to set me over the edge on ordering a set.)

Like I said, before, RBK break with Vaughn feel. It's lighter than anything you have ever worn. The break feels natural like the Koho 590 (regular RBK) but without the RBK bulkiness.

Chakal, not to make more work for you bro, but looking at the pic of the gloves vs. the customizer, the blocker graphic appears to be backwards. What you have there appears to be what a blocker for a south paw would look like.

I think you're looking at the 4000 Blocker because what I have on my screen looks like the 5000 and the graphic is in the same direction. The 5000 line isn't on Smith official website yet. You got to use my temporary address to see it.

What do you mean feel? Because I like the 60 degree break/590/RBK but I hate the 5500, epic, and velocities.

That's the great part about ordering SMITH gear. Every single time I called, Pete himself answered. Talking directly to the guy that will assemble your gear, can it get better than this?
WARNING: Prepare yourself to be amazed by the quality and the performance of the product.

I don't like any of those gloves you mentioned either, but the I love the Smith glove.
It's a shame there's not an easy way of letting people try on the Smith trapper, because I think a lot more people would use it if they could see what it feels like.
