Another question. This time, it's about pads!
To all Fusion and Sentry owners, does the lack of a calf wedge (as on a V2 or RBK pad) affect your balance in a butterfly postion? Also, I noticed that on the Fusion pad, instead of a straight knee block (as on the RBK or on custom V2's), the pad actually bubbles, for lack of a better word, into the knee wing. Get what I'm saying? If not, I'll draw a diagram. Thanks in advance for the input.

You can order the pad with a calf wedge on it if you wish.

I just moved and need to have the list of mods I had done emailed to me before I can give you a comprehensive list (there were lots). They are custom sized and it is all NHL spec.

If you're looking to get a pair of Fusions, then you should definitely order them with a calf wedge and a bigger knee landing. The landing is very tiny and the lack of a calf wedge makes a butterfly very unbalanced, unless you find a strapping system that works for you.

Schmerf's pads came out better than we expected. It took a little longer than most of our orders due to the extreme customization but still within a reasonable time frame. One of the better sets that I have personally seen come and go.
There was a very small upcharge for the graphic and because our main man was travelling helping out other stores when this order was put in also contributed to the little longer wait.
ES enjoy the gear, I did while I had it for a short time!

You've had more time with it than I have. It looks wonderful though. When I get them I'll have to scower them to check for the mods I requested. I did already notice however that the coloring on the sidewall of the blocker and the backhand of the glove is not what I asked for and illustrated. Hopefully everything else is right on.
The Goalie Crease was great to deal with. They had an excellent wait time and Lord of the Cage was great at responding to my PMs.

I just went and looked at the email you sent and yeah the sidewall and backhand are differently coloured. For the trapper I think that the guys/gals at Eagle got a little confused on the glove because it was illustrated as you wanted in and there was a little written portion that said differently about what colour nylon you wanted.
The biggest problem I have seen with custom orders is when you get too much done it is likely something will be misread as well as missed. Thank goodness it is minor issues and that the colouring matches istead of one having more Sport Gold and the other being the way it is.
Other than that I didn't see or notice anything else that was missed or not done. The specs from what I saw and looked at all came out the way you wanted.
Thanks for the kind words, you've been equally great to deal with!

Has anyone ordered bindingless Eagle gloves (trapper or blocker) and gotten them? Just wondering!
