yea i see what your saying, but the blue cloth isnt they same has my teams color and doesnt match the blue on the rest of the pad. If it was the right color blue it wouldn't be as big of deal, but it just looks terrible. And i'm paying a grand for these and i want what i asked for.

no, i totally agree on the get what you want/what you pay for, just if you hadnt giving it a thought to going with a colored fabric over white it wouldve been your chance now depending on what result the shop/vaughn came up with
but either way, good luck on it and let us know how it goes

i originally bought my vaughns and modded them to be like my kohos. that includes the open leg channel. when i got my pads they didnt give me that open leg channel and theyd put red where i didnt want it. my supplier sort of played it down and said he couldnt remember if it was open or not and then when i found out it didnt have it he didnt want to send it back because everything else i had asked for was there.
overall with the pad i am still happy though. i am still adjusting to the pad, but because of their design they feel alot wider than my kohos. i am overall happy with vaughn but it couldve turned ugly if i decided not to have the pads.

Ordered Some custom THS V3's today.
They are all white weave background with the dominant Tribal stripe being Navy Weave and the second one being Red Weave.
I asked that the all black nylon back be changed to Navy to match better. I also got the outside gusset Navy so I can use it without it getting nasty .

V3
My new V3's. I've used them twice. Went from V1's to these 11" V3's. They feel great. They missed some material choices on my order though. Wasn't supposed to be all weave. But I still love the pads. Sorry for the blurry pics.

V3's new pics
Sorry there still attachments. I still haven't figured out how to put those nice big pictures on the post. Just took these in the hallway. The inside Sec.3 on the order form, and the stabilizer, knee lift, inside roll, were supposed to be same color, just not weave.
