Here are my new (used) gloves. I wish I could get matching Vaughn pads but I'm settling on 35" Koho 580 pro so I'm so bad off

Received my gloves today. Pics as promised. I think they attached the face of the blocker upside down, as the Vaughn logo appears on the inside of the blocker, upside down. Oh well, not going to be too picky about something like a blocker graphic mistake. The pocket on the catch is +1 depth, which might prove to be deeper than I wanted, but oh well again. It's going to take forever to break in the pro palm too, it's stiff as all hell. Overall, I'm really happy with the result of my first custom order from Vaughn.

Yep, they definitely flipped the graphic. You're a modern day Patrick Roy.

Goose Man-
How long did the custom order take? Very sweet gloves, colors would go well with my team. Good luck breaking in the pro palm. As a pro palm user, its definitely worth the extra padding!!

beezer, the set ran about $1400 US. i think there we extra charges for some of the stuff like the graphic, which had to be hand cut due to the custom design. hopfully vaughn will knock off a couple bones since this is the third set they are making me due to mess ups on their part . i sure hope the dont get this one wrong cause ive been waiting since october 1st (knock on wood)

Those look like a set of Osgood pro-returns that I saw. I think that outline graphic has been done several times. I think a few of the board member have it.

The order took almost exactly 6 weeks, which is what they quoted me. Vaughn did a perfect job on this. TPS, however, is in the process of potentially dropping the ball with my pads. They look to be a month late when the finally come in, and I was quoted 4-6 weeks from them.

Sweet gloves, but I have to say I'd be pretty pissed off if Vaughn put the skin on upside down on one of my blockers, especially after paying so much. I would have them fix it but I suppose if it doesn't bother you then it doesn't really matter.

You might be able to get the Velo 1 graphic on the Legace blocker, but I don't think Vaughn will switch up the 5500 graphics.
Just got a call from the factory today confirming my mods and specs on new V2's; pads begin production tomorrow and as soon as I get them I won't forget to show them off
and oh yeah, they're ORANGE

I just saw a set of v1's on ebay that are a size 36. My questions is i have a 34+1 rbk pro, and i was going to order a 35+1 in a v2 because vaughn runs small. I used to have a size 34 V1(which i loved, and they felt awesome), but they are too small. So do you guys think my knee will be too low in the cradle and hit the ice. Or would it benefit me because i know i will grow a little bit. The rbks are a perfect fit, i just want something with a little more curve. I kinda need an immediate response, because i would buy them in the next 2 days. Thanks. Chris-#35
