Custom Order disappointment
Well, I have waited for 7 weeks for my custom V3 blocker, which was supposed to be all black (non-weave) with silver logos. Those were the only mods. Well, I got it and it is all weave instead. Originally, I did order all black, but called Goaliemonkey a week after the order was placed, and Corey said it was able to be changed and that he had received an e-mail from Vaughn saying it would be changed. Yet, I still got all weave instead of non-weave. The pads I wound up getting are non-weave, which is why I switched. What are your opinions on what to do. I really would like to have it the way I want since I paid for it and have waited 7 weeks. I called Corey to alert him, and he said he'll contact Vaughn, but I really don't want to wait another 2-3 weeks for a blocker. What should I do??? Should I contact Dennis at Vaughn myself also??? Thanks.

Let Monkey deal with it. They'll have better communication with Vaughn than you will. What's another 2-3 weeks?

I know how you feel. They did the same to me except at least you got the colors right and just gave you weave instead of non weave. With me I waited 6 weeks and then they just decided to send a stock color red/black/white blocker in weave instead of black/red/white non-weave like I asked. I probably would have taken it if they got the colors right and just did it in weave.
I have to say with my experience and all the other negative experiences I'm hearing coming from people who have done custom orders from them lately I'm definatly thinking twice about ordering my next set of pads from them.

vaughn30 i pm'd you about how to remove the upper flap and i decided i would let everyone else know how they can do it.
the flap is held in by 2 little strings, just cut the strings off and the take off the flap. it is really easy and causes no problem to the pad.
