Can anyone here who has used both the V3 and the V2 blocker tell me how the diamond grip palm compares to the V3 palm and which one is better. Right now I have a V2 and I love the diamond grip palm so i was considering ordering the V3 with the diamond grip, but im afraid the order will take longer.

I just read over 20 pages of the mods thread and I couldnt find any thing on removing the top flap of my v3 pads, has anyone done this and can give me some directions and if possible pictures, if not ill just butcher them up myself.

PM thecheif1. He has a post a page or two back in this thread w/ his v3s and it he says he took off the top flap thing.

This is a serious reply, not picking on you at all...

I believe I read somewhere that you've had a set of V3s before. Rather than look for a list of what's available so you can just go 'mod wild' with your new set, why not figure out what you NEED to make the pads work for you? Figure out what you need done to the stock pads, call Dukes, and order them.

If you pull the flap out a little, you can see a thread that holds it in. All I did was cut that and pull the flap right out. Theres only 1 thick thread holding it in. Heres some pics with it off that I posted a few pages back.
