You can almost get anything from VAUGHN, sometimes you have to pay for certain mods though. The set that I got was made for an OHL goalie so I doubt that they charged him. I love the pads but if I was to order custom I'd get the nylon all a dark color and I'd probably get the outside roll with the double break.

They came in and I used them for about a month, They were just too stiff for me, They had no s-shape to them like the RBK's have, even if I tried to set them upside down or bend them myself they just never broke in, so they sold on ebay.
I love the vaughns very soft and flexable, best pad I ever wore.

so i was reading the carey price spec pads auction on ebay, and i noticed the seller put "tipped back look" for one of the mods. what does he mean by this??

That's a great question. I do however have one that may be useful as well.
What is the purpose of certain specs or modifications and the benefits or drawbacks associated with said specs or modifications?
From my experience, although limited, I have seen modifications that work and ones that hinder. No two goalies are the same and no two products should be speced the same.
