are you serious? haha i guess i didnt look close enough, ill have to adjust those armpit flaps. I am definitely keeping them in though as they catch some of those sneaky shots that get through every once in awhile. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yeah, you'd be hard-pressed to find something on that C/A that isn't adjustable. I spent about an hour messing around with it when it came in, and now it feels custom-made.

put them back through the little clip that suposto hold them in place, or simply, tape them . a couple wraps of stick take or sock tape and wala.

ya, i have the 7400 C/A, i love it.
it has excellent mobility once you break it in a little bit and its very light weight.
the protection is top notch as well.

the only small problem i have with it is that ocasionally if i take a slapshot off of the additional sternum protector it tends to have a largeish rebound, but generally i can control the puck very well with it.

feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

He means the velcro straps that hold the backplate and shoulder floaters in place.

I taped them up with white tape to hold them, then went over it in clear to prevent wear. It's worked perfectly so far.

Here are my nhl spec v2's. They are 35+1. And are my first vaughn pad and I must say, I am very happy with them.

Vaughn 7400 Clav new collar

I have a question on the vaughn neck clav collar. Im looking to purchase one but i wanted to know how low does the pad section cover on the chest? Right now i wear an RBK P1 untucked which hangs a bit low but not too much to the way i have the strap set up. Would this cover enough it seems a bit short but most pics websites put up are hard to determine so if anyone on this board can help me out and let me know if it has more than enough coverage to help protect would be great.
