Seriously, I sent an email to customerservice@vaughnhockey.com and got a catalogue in the mail less than a week later. They're top notch and will definitely send one out to you if you just ask.

I just think they are a little too tall for me.
I'm going to have to stick to 35" or 36" or maybe even 35+1".

I know it's in the V3 pads thread but since this is the "OFFICIAL" Vaughn thread, I can post it in here. The new V3 line is in The Hockey Shop customizer. www.thehockeyshop.com
There are 2 options:
1- 2 full colour set-up plus accents (reg)
2- 1 full colour set-up plus accents (ala Niitymaki)

Playing around with different color combos just fuels my hatred toward the graphic. I honestly cannot understand why Vaughn would make this the stock graphic. It looks like some custom tribal ****. I have accepted the fact that it's the new graphic, but still don't understand the reasoning behind it. As I have stated in another thread, I will DEFINETELY be getting custom (prolly V1) graphics on my next set of Vaughns.
Good find anyhow, seeing as you created it.

Talking to Dennis at Vaughn, they will not be doing V1 graphics on the V3 pad. You will have to get the V2 pad if you want that. I don't particularly like the graphic either, but I'm willing to live with it because A) my pads will be all white, and B) I'll be saving a lot of cash because most of the mods I want come stock on the V3.
I guess it depends on what you consider more important, form or function.

Same here, abut the graphic. It's hideous and doesnt look decent cause well nothing matches up on the customizer. Too busy and just a plain bad graphic.

The rants about the V3 graphic reminds me the rants about the RBK premier pads and graphic and how people were saying they would never get those pads and ask for custom Kohos instead etc....
What happened, when people saw all the pros wearing them, people got used to it and then... Everybody wanted a set of RBK, even those who's style wasn't suiting the RBK functions and RBK sold those pads like crazy.
I anticipate the same thing here. When all pros wearing Vaughn will show up in the NHL with those pads, everybody will want a pair.

Exactly right! He ordered them with some great mods including thinning them out, opening up and simplifying the leg channel, and putting the straps on the outer edge of the pads. I loves em!

Xp Custom Pants?
Has anybody had any good or bad experience with the Vaughn XP CUSTOM goalie pants.
I am in the market for a new pair for this coming season and found a real good deal on some.
I know epics are all the rage but I can't justify over $200 for pants for beer league.
Any input on TPS pants?.......the reviews I read from my searches looked pretty good.
