Icetime,
Pads look great. I can't wait for my new Eyelite10s to be shipped. Like you, I remember the days when I played better in a more traditional pad, hence the BHG order. I hope it brings back some great saves.
Nice pads!

I love the look and quality of Brian's gear... but damn... his prices are considerably higher
than Smith, ******* and Battram so i just cant justify the cost..
darn nice gear though...

The pads look sharp. I find it funny now how things have changed with pads. A few years ago, I thought that flat faced pads looked so strange. Now I am used to seeing them all the time, and shin and knee rolls look odd to me. I wish I had the cash to get a set of those though. Enjoy!

Thanks Casedawg. Hope to have more pics when they show up later this week.
MCL, mods are a page or two back. I changed a few things like squared up thigh rise, tapered inner toe, weave calf wrap, Koho/RBK knee cradle. There are afew other things.
I should mention that Brian gave me a ship date and missed it by a couple of days. Mostly because he took July1st off, which I have no problem with. He was actually going to shut down for holidays and I said I really needed the pads so he stayed at work and got them out to me. Big thanks to Brian for sticking to his original timeline as close as possible. I've ordered from other small companies and have had nothing but trouble.

Very Nice pads there! I would like to see that knee mod as well. Was there an upcharge for the mod?
I am intrigued to know really how flexy the pads are.
Nice set, and good luck with them for sure!

Ok, so I finally got out with my new BHG Eyelite10 pads today. All in all, I think I'll really like them. A few adjustments will need to be made. The good was that it felt like my foot was locked into the boot channel. That was the whole reason for buying them. So, mission accomplished. But, because I like the ankle really tight, rotation can be an issue. I wore the rest of the straps really loose, but my left pad under rotated. I think to solve this, I'll remove the strap for the knee lock. The landing gear is long enough that my knee will not miss the landing. Also, the thigh boards kept on getting caught under my pants, so I'll be switching those for my old PAW thigh boards. Overall a really good pad that I think I'll like as I continue to get back into shape.

Might be better off posted in the CCM or Hackva thread, but does anyone know what kind of cage will fit on an old Heaton 6700 mask? It looks essentially the same as the CCM masks, similar to the KOHO 570s, and from what I know, was made by Gabe Hackman's father when he ghosted for the big boys.
Looking for a cateye cage the clip/screws are 2 upper middle, 2 lower bottom edge, and one middle lower.
Gonna re-pad and paint mine, would like to be able to use it on the outdoor rinks this winter. I've already got it sanded and de-foam'd.
Thanks!
