5030's are lighter than the 9950's & more flexible. Remember though also not as durable.

This depends on what flexibility you like in your twiggies.

I like them on the stiff side, naturally the 9950 was a good choice & has been a part of my goaltending for a while...

I hope they don't discontinue these

Where, and at what prices did you guys get your SWD batches from? PM me if you prefer. I need to buy a batch soon, but also want to get the best deal. Thanks in advance!

How does Sher-Wood's stick sizing compare to CCM sticks? Are they bigger or smaller? My 25" paddle on my V4 is a bit to big and I want to go down to a 24" paddle. Would the 24" 5030 be the same as a 24" CCM vector stick?

I have an Itech GSPRO and have heard that Sherwood makes the Itech sticks. Which Sherwood stick is this, or most comparable to?

I believe your 9950 is a foam core stick not wood.

Sherwood will continue to make wooden sticks, but will no longer make custom wood sticks.

All 503s are now made in Ukraine.

It seems the 8890 is the c/a that is similar to the vaughn 5500

however some say it has less padding/protection. can anyone confirm or deny?

8890 is the older model, i'm not sure if it was ever considered a pro model but if you're looking at Sher-Wood C/A's check out the 9980, nice mix.
